2. What we collect
In short: what you type into an inquiry or booking, plus the basic technical data any website needs to run.
- Your name, organization or hospital, and country.
- Your work email address and mobile or phone number.
- The content of your inquiry: medication or product, quantity and notes.
- Meeting booking details: the time you choose and anything you add about the agenda.
- Technical data needed to operate the site securely, and the cookie choice stored on your device.
Please do not send patient details or other health data about identifiable individuals. We do not need them to answer a supply request.
3. Why we collect it
In short: to answer your request, arrange a meeting, and keep a record of what was agreed.
- To reply to your quote, availability or partnership request, by email or phone.
- To schedule and hold a meeting you asked for.
- To keep business records of inquiries and orders.
- To send occasional supply updates — only if you ticked the optional marketing box, which is never preselected and can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Who receives it
In short: our own staff, and the service providers that run our email, hosting and scheduling.
Inside the company, your details are seen by the employees handling your request. Outside the company, they may be processed by suppliers acting on our instructions:
- Calendly — scheduling. When you book a meeting, the details you enter in that flow are processed by Calendly to create the appointment.
- Email and hosting providers — to deliver your inquiry to our inbox and to serve this website. Provider names to be confirmed before launch.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
In short: as long as the request is live, plus the period our business records require.
Inquiries and meeting records are kept while we are handling them and afterwards for as long as needed for the business relationship and for statutory record-keeping. Exact retention periods are to be set before launch. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
In short: you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, and you can say no to marketing at any time.
